1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jl10 online gaming website accessible at jl10.cam and all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, dashboards, and service portals.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the jl10 platform with a unique Philippine mobile number and password credential set.
• "Balance" means the total PHP (Philippine Peso) funds held in a Player's jl10 account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by jl10 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited PHP funds that have met all applicable wagering conditions and are eligible for withdrawal to a Player's designated Philippine payment wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means thirty times the bonus value).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Philippine financial regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the regulatory framework under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, with which jl10 fully complies.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The jl10 platform is operated for and marketed to residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own legal risk. jl10 makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on the jl10 platform, you must:

1. Be a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
2. Provide a valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO) that you own and control;
3. Create a secure password of a minimum of eight (8) characters;
4. Provide accurate and complete personal information as requested during registration;
5. Agree to these Terms & Conditions and the jl10 Privacy Policy;
6. Not be registered on any applicable self-exclusion register or problem gambling exclusion list.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is strictly permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the jl10 platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and their associated balances are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture without prior notice.

3Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl10 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree to notify jl10 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat. jl10 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jl10 may at any time, and is required to prior to processing certain withdrawals, request that you complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of registered Philippine mobile number ownership;
• Proof of registered payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya wallet matching the registered mobile number);
• Additional documentation as may be required under AML compliance obligations.

Failure to complete requested KYC verification within fourteen (14) days of the request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. jl10 reserves the right to impose an inactivity administration fee of up to ₱50 per month on inactive accounts with a positive balance, or to close inactive accounts with a zero balance, following written notice to the Player's registered contact information.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, GrabPay, and USDT (TRC20). All balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. jl10 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with notice provided to affected Players.

4.4 Player Fund Protection

Player funds deposited to jl10 accounts are maintained separately from the Platform's operational funds in designated player fund accounts. In the event of business cessation, jl10 shall make reasonable efforts to return player fund balances to their registered payment methods.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

jl10 is required by Philippine law to report suspicious financial transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players who engage in structuring, layering, or any other transaction pattern consistent with money laundering will have their accounts suspended and relevant information reported to authorities. jl10 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing during active AML investigations.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jl10 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are disclosed on each promotion's dedicated page. jl10 does not impose undisclosed wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jl10 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it determines — in its reasonable judgment — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements (bonus hedging), and using automated tools or bots to fulfill wagering conditions.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

New Players who have not previously held a jl10 account are eligible to claim the welcome bonus offer, subject to the terms displayed on the promotion page at the time of registration. Welcome bonus eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of jl10 and may be withheld if any eligibility condition is not satisfied.

6Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the jl10 platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published on each game's information panel. 6.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jl10 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jl10 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity disruptions.

6.3 Minimum Bet

Minimum bet amounts vary by game category. Bingo cards start from ₱20 per card. Slot machines accept bets from ₱1 per spin. Live casino tables have minimum bet thresholds starting from ₱20 per hand. Current minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl10 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a self-excluded player;
• Registering more than one account, or accessing another Player's account without authorization;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or manipulate games;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured game parameters for financial gain;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the platform;
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymizing software to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jl10 support staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

8Responsible Gaming

8.1 Player Protection Tools

All registered jl10 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from their account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts when you have been actively playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 1 to 6 weeks, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited (minimum 6 months) self-exclusion from the jl10 platform.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

9Privacy & Data

jl10 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including collection necessary for KYC compliance, AML reporting, and Philippine regulatory obligations.

jl10 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to payment processing partners, regulatory authorities, and third-party game providers strictly as necessary to deliver the platform services.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the jl10 platform — including but not limited to the jl10 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of jl10 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right, license, or title in or to any jl10 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any jl10 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of jl10 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity disruptions or third-party network failures;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Technical malfunctions in third-party game software;
• Delays in payment processing caused by Philippine payment providers (GCash, Maya, banks, etc.);
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, typhoons (a real operational consideration for Philippine-based platforms), government orders, or cyberattacks.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, jl10's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Termination

jl10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or where account suspension is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, jl10 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the account. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of any required AML or KYC verification processes, subject to applicable legal holds.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting jl10 live chat support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any self-exclusion obligations the Player has previously elected.

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Philippines.

The platform operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Where these Terms reference compliance with "applicable law" or "Philippine regulations," such references include, without limitation, Republic Act No. 9487 (as amended), the PAGCOR Charter, Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

14Amendments

jl10 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to the registered mobile number or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an amendment is required immediately by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jl10 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through our support channels.

The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms & Conditions became effective.
